Hello

Hello! My name is Caroline. I became drawn to the mental health and counseling fields through my own experience as a client processing trauma and grief.  As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A), I help children, adolescents, and adults navigate complex emotions, trauma, loss, and significant life transitions. I am also a passionate advocate for body positivity and eating disorder prevention education for parents and caregivers. I provide a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space where clients of all ages and identities can build resilience, process difficult parts of life, and develop healthy coping skills.
